I live on the East Coast so I have P's that I can exchange for D's.

There are 400 quarters in 400. If you would like to convert quarters to some other unit of measure you need to say what you want to convert into, like dollars or dimes or pounds.
Would you like to take part in a house exchange program?
This depends on your state's laws, but federally, so long as all the sales are private (not dealers) and do not cross state lines, this would be legal.
My "beef" with the Morgan Mint is that they offered the colorized statehood quarters through 2007 only and thus I am unable to complete my collection. All that money spent on an incomplete collection. I was extremely happy with the quarters I received, and would like to complete my collection with the same quality of quarters. If you know where I can get the 2008 colorized quarters that are of the same quality, I would like to know.
It's the Kansas state quarter and is worth 25 cents, like all of the state quarters currently in circulation.
Oh, dude, let me break it down for you. So, 30 pounds of quarters would be about 1,360 quarters because a quarter weighs 0.2 ounces. And since a quarter is worth 25 cents, 1,360 quarters would be like $340. But hey, who's counting, right?
Would you like to take part in a program where you exchange pets with someone else?
Oh, dude, you're really testing my math skills here. So, like, two and a half is the same as two plus a half, which is like two quarters plus a half a quarter, which is like 2 and a half quarters. So, like, technically, there are 2 and a half quarters in two and a half. But who's counting, right?
100 quarters is equivalent to $25. Quarters are worth 25 cents each, so when you multiply 100 quarters by 25 cents, you get $25. This calculation is based on the fact that there are 4 quarters in a dollar, making each quarter worth 25 cents.
Oh, dude, 500 quarters? That's like... $125. Yeah, quarters are worth 25 cents each, so if you do the math, it's like basic multiplication. But hey, if you need help counting all that change, just hit me up!
