Nguyên liệu:
- nấm tuyết( white fungus)
- táo đỏ ( red Chinese apple)
- hạt sen ( lotus seed)
- 1 lon nhãn
- rong biển ( seaweed)
- đường ( sugar)
Thực hiện :
1. Ngâm táo đỏ, nấm tuyết, hạt sen, rong biển vào nước ấm hoặc nước lạnh .
2. Đợi khi nào những thứ đó mềm thì đem luộc sơ qua.Nhớ sau khi luộc phải xả lại nước lạnh nha ! Luộc cho đến khi nào hết mùi hôi thi thôi.
3. Bắt 1 nồi nước khác lên bếp đợi cho sôi bỏ nhửng thứ đã luộc vào nồi và nem nếm chút xíu muối , đường vào .
4. Đợi cho chín tắt lửa và bỏ vào tủ lạnh , ướp đá tùy thích.
