Make sure the catalitic converter is not plugging. They are usually good for about 100000 miles. Replace the oxygen sensor. It's on the exhaust on the passenger side. There will be 1 wire going to it. It's a black wire. Make sure you soak it good with a liquid wrench or something. The threads are usually rusted on. I had to get a new bracket welded on mine. The whole thing came off. They can take care of it at a muffler shop.
