Probable failed heater core.
please be more specific is it leaking engine oil, coolant, transmission oil, brake fluid, or power steering fluid where is it leaking from ?
The transmission could have a bad seal or have too much internal pressure causing the fluid to come from the 93 Suburban vent hole. The Fluid is probably leaking slowly, and that is why the level still shows normal.
Answering "Where would your transmission fluid be leaking from on a 1994 Honda civic thats causing it to end up on your right front wheel and all under your car?"
If it making a loud squealing sound when you turn the steering wheel, the power steering fluid level is low. The reddish fluid you are seeing on the ground is power steering fluid. It is probably leaking and that would be why the fluid level is so low.
The better question is what is leaking transmission fluid?
I really don't think that's possible.
Because you have a seal that needs replaced. Some where on case causing it to leak gear lube.
Leaking bleeder screw, loose line fitting, failed seal, etc.
Obviously you have a leak. Can be leaking at a caliber or wheel cylinder, which you can see on the backside of the wheel/tire. Can be leaking at a fitting, or at the master cylinder itself. You are just going to have to get under there and start looking.
Probably your radiator fluid leaking out.
if your engine isn't properly lubricated it will over heat causing heads to warp, etc. it's probably much cheaper to fix it now rather than wait till something is really messed up
If a Mazda MPV is leaking yellow fluid then it is possible that the fluid is brake fluid. It is best to take the car to a mechanic right away.
