You either have a broken brake line, a leaky wheel cylinder or caliper or the master cylinder is shot. Too check for a broken line make sure the master cylinder is full of fluid and have someone pump the brake pedal while you visually inspect for fluid squirting out under the car. To check for a bad wheel cylinder or caliper make sure your full of fluid and pump the brakes, inspect back of each brake or wheel, it should be dry, if its wet with brake fluid then that is your problem. Most likely the problem is the master cylinder, did your brake pedal have a fading action to it, by this I mean while you were at a stop light with your foot on the brake did it slowly lose pressure and head for the floor boards, if so that is your problem. Replace master cylinder, pretty easy job if you take your time, don't forget to bleed your brakes when your done.

What would i need to change or check on a 2000 Chrysler Sebring if the brakes were going to the floor and there is no pressure even if you pump the brakes?

First thing is to check the fluid level and check for leaks. Also check the calipers and pads for proper installation and movement.

No

Is there any advantage to installing the water pressure tank on the 2nd floor?

if the well pressure switch goes with the tank then the second floor pressure would more closely match the well pressure setpoints and the ground floor would have slightly higher pressure. with the tank and pressure switch on the lower floor the lower floor would more closely see the well pressure setpoints and the second floor would get slightly lower pressure.

Why would a 1996 Chev truck brakes go most of the way to the floor after new master cylinder bleed the brakes. Worked on the brakes themselves but still brakes go almost to the floor.?

You either got the wrong master cylinder or you haven't actually bled all the air out of the system.

91 ford explorer brake go to the floor?

dont fully understand? if the brake pedal went to the floor there is a hole in the line some where or braking system If you are saying it is going straight to the floor like "whoosh" without any pressure then it is either your brake booster or master cylinder or both.

1993 civic brakes pedal almost goes to the floor than brakes perfectly?

2001 Kia Sehia - Rear Brakes are not applying when it cold the pedle goe's to the floor I pum the pedle and pressure builds up I replaced the Mater Cylinder rear shoes wheel cylinders and frt pads?

It sounds like you have air in your breaklines. Bleed the brakes to clear the air.
