A further question is what type of seat belt problems? They don't latch, it won't retract, you can't draw out the belt?
If it won't latch it could be as simple as minor lubrication or foreign object is jammed in the clasp
If it won't retract it could be that the spring has broken or the gears have stuck in which case its much easier to unbold the belt and replace
You can't draw out the belt could be as simple as a foreign object being jammed in the gears or the spring not releasing the gear stop, in that case you can take apart the belt case and check over the gears
