This could be a safety feature to exhaust any fumes from gas or oil leaks from the engine compartment. Could be too that the A/C has been left "on" from the last time the car engine was run.

Car Runs Good in Cooler wheather but when hot outside it runs for about a miniute then dies.can you please check your car's Cooling system for proper operation, such as radiator fan comes on, rotation of the fan is correct and radiator is not blocked etc?

the antifreeze runs through all your water lines in your car . . . . you put it in your water tank or radiator
check the fuel pump relay. it may be overheating.
Look under the car near the radiator it an aluminum pipe with a red cap.
The battery runs a fan that pushes air through the residual engine heat in the heater radiator into the car.
