You should check the timing and plugs.
Idling too fast. Set the idle to factory specs. Should be around 750 RPMs in neutral with A/C off.

you can't... there is none...95's have fuel injection...
Timing to high / advanced to far. Idling to fast. This can cause that problem.
Sounds like you need to adjust the linkage.
