the a/c clutch is loose and is shorting out. the compressor and clutch must be replaced
There could be a shortage in the wiring that goes to the fuse compartment that could be causing it to do that.
could be that the regulator in the alternate is failing and causing power surges in the electronics and the fuses are blowing to prevent damage to the device and vehicles wiring.
Could be corrosion in the wiring connection for fan causing excesive current draw. Could be a spot in the wiring where the covering of the wiring has been damaged or worn and the bare wire is touching something metal and causing the fuse to blow. Most likely the radiator cooling fan needs to be replaced because it is drawing too much current and blowing the fuse.
Dead short to ground in steering column
A possible problem could be you power wire is pinched somewhere causing it to touch a ground which will blow the fuse.
Remove starter and have it tested for drag, load and shorts
the cigarett liter over powers it. not likely. your compresser could be bad and blowing the fuse. also, check the dome light sensor's in your door jams. they r self grounded and if they get rusty they will short out causing to blow fuses
