Your Action Replay for ps2 will not read it says 'Insert a ps2 disk' But every so often it works What am I doing wrong?

you are probably putting the disk on upsidedown, the silver part faces down. either that or there's a problem with your motherboard which is pretty expensive to replace if not on warranty
