Make sure the CPU and it's fan are intalled correctly and that the CPU is compatible with the board.

But first, check any add-on graphics cards and/or adapters. Reset the bios (remove power cable from power supply and remove battery from MoBo for +- 1 minute). Make sure all cables are plugged in correctly.
