Its either that he or she love its food or if its a female shih tzu, it can be pregnant
I don't know who exactly, but the shih tzus were bred for Chinese royalty, even though they're German.
Shih Tzus can eat blueberries :)
I would like to know how big their brains are. They are incredibley sweet but have small heads.
DO NOT let the puppies decide, as they will overeat and develop health problems. The mother will know when to feed her puppies.
I know what they like to do because I have a Shih-Tzu myself :) ... They are very playful and love attention! They think they are the boss and stand up to big dogs! Shih-Tzus are pampered pets because they were born from royalty.
They don't have "habitats". They have homes. A typical shih tzu home should a potty for the dog, a food bowl along with a water bowl, toys, and a loving family. It would be nice if you adopted two shih tzus from the same litter because they know each other and will have a companion in their new forever home.
i have a shih tzu puppy and whenever her tail goes down it means she is scared or frightened about something like for mine whenever i tell her its bath time or its time to get her shaved she will run around the house with her tail down and her ears behind her head it is very common for shih tzus to do that or any type of dog. u know ur shih tzu is fine when its tail curls up if u would like to know more about shih tzus i found this website: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/shihtzu.htm hope this helps :)
shih tzus. they are awesome pets. they have great personalities. they are lovable, cute, and smart. they dont shed and i know all this because i have one. look at this pic: http://puppydogweb.com/gallery/shihtzus/shihtzu_trow.jpg
I think malteses are healthier and even have a longer lifespam compared to shih tzus living in the same conditions. This is one of the reasons why I chose a Maltese but if you really like shih tzus I can tell you that my neighbour's girl is already 9 years old and really healthy and playful, so always your care is important. Hope this helps. My shih tzu lived a very healthy life to 17 and a half years old he was born 92 he just died this year. so i don't know what you saying about them not living long lives. he was tied as the oldest dog ive seen in his pet commentary
There were lots of medieval queens, and I am sure more than a few had pets. Members of the nobility kept dogs commonly. I would bet they had cats also.
i dont know maybe vomiting??
Try a lapdog breed. The Cavalier King Charles is very relaxed and sweet. The Bichon is also small and sweet, Shih-Tzus can be sweet. I mean, really, the main issue is to socialize the dog and make sure it's relaxed with people.
