Broken suspension part of some kind.
Possibly emergency/parking brake is jammed on. Remove wheel to check.
The Steering Wheel lock is jammed! Gently wiggle the steering wheel back and forth as you try to turn the ignition key.

Bad tire, wheel, bearing, steering component,..............
If it back fires or it gets jammed up it may have shear the key on the shaft under the fly wheel that would put it out of time.
Simply because it looks good, no matter what narrow-sighted people may think.
There is usually a knob on the bottom of the steering column, you push forward or back to raise or lower the steering wheel.
VIN number is stamped on the lower frame in the back of the left front wheel well.
you should give it back to were you got it from and get your money back .
possibly your tires or a wheel bearing, listen at lower speeds, if you rock the steering wheel back and forth and it comes and goes it's probably a wheel bearing
right side of engine at the back of the engine on the lower side. Look in the right front tire wheel well at the back of the motor.
Smaller and stiffer shocks/springs on the front, remove a leaf spring or 2 on the back and get stiffer shocks/leafs back there as well.
