She is showing off in front of her boyfriend. It's natural that she is trying to impress him. She is not doing it intentionally to annoy you and she probably doesn't even realise that it is happening. When her boyfriend is around why don't you leave. Give them their space. She will probably miss you being there and ask you what it is about. You can tell her then that she acts differrently when she is around him. Be tactful though, don't be aggressive, explain it nicely to her.
