Seeing as it was a Secret Santa present I don't think you should be too worried. At least he did not chose to buy her a present, he picked her name out of a hat or something along those lines, he could have picked anyones name. I wouldn't lose any sleep on it. If you are really bothered by it have a word with him, not an angry word or he might take it the wrong way, just bring it up.and loves.
