slim to none to be honest. When you are a repeated offender its extremly hard to get off easy on anything and i do mean anything. He can still try but don't keep your hopes up. Being a first time offender is very powerful in a felons life. A first time offender still has alot of doors open to them but once your labeled a career criminal or a repeated offender that's when the game really starts. Good luck but my answer to that is "his chances are slim to none". And this isn't someone trying to speak down either, i was a felon too but i worked hard to get a pardon after my first and last charge. (pardons are NOT easy). Tell em to quick NOW if he wants to ever have a chance of a good life
