i would like to know what papers do i need to have the father of my child sign to give up all his rights to my child financial and emotional and physical rights
see links below
The father if he is not also guilty of adultry
A court can terminate parental rights but that would not necessarily terminate the parents responsibility to support the child.
Both biological parents have to sign their rights away or there will be no adoption.
Some times but it all depends on the situation
The biological father have to give up his parental rights or this will not be possible. If he is an illegal immigrant he can still have paternal rights in the US. Once his rights are terminated you can apply for adoption.
YES! You can not just decide that you want your child to have a new father. Adoption by a step parent is complicated. The paternal father must sign his rights over, through the court, first. If the paternal father is in the child's life, I highly doubt the rights will be signed over. It all must be done in court!
No the father has no paternal rights until the baby is born.
Yes you can unles they file the proper paperwork to establish paternal rights
"The man gave up his paternal rights when he walked out on his wife and his children."James was the name of my paternal grandfather. The paternal role in a child's life is the number one factor in having a safe and crime free society.
None. Legally he is not a father with right to the baby until the baby have left the woman's body and if they are not married he have to prove paternoty before he gets paternal rights.
Need more info in order to to answer. Taken by who? For what reason? Where is the father in all this? In what part, if any, do the PATERNAL grandparents enter into this? In most states, grandparent's rights are based through the parent's rights. If a parent's rights are terminated, then the grandparent's rights are also lost. Sad, but true.
