well the parents wouldn't be in trouble unless the girl was very immature and irresponsible because she wouldn't be a very good parent. And because she might have like 9 babies because they will start getting addicted to haveing babys. But if she knows you know shes pregnant then sit her down and say "this is a big stepup in life for us and you because your gonna be a mother and you have to buy a house you have to buy the food the clothes and you have to have a proper education and that you have to have your own life you've gotta care for this baby you've gotta give him/her what he/she needs.
