Hopefully it's just nerves, but there is a possibility if your not wearing protection (wich is not 100%). But yes nausea and cramps are a sighn of pregnancy. Best of luck.
It can be or you are ovulating or getting your period. Just cramping is not enough to determine if you are pregnant or not.
