Until a legal expert comes along to improve this answer, I will provide a layman's point of view. Once a Judgement has been issued, I don't think there is any time limit or stature of limitations for executing the Judgement. Therefore, I don't think it needs to be renewed, it just stays in the records forever, and can be executed any time the debtor can find and get its hands on some of your money.
