Beat the snot out of your little brother, then make him change it.
I have no idea how to even use this website... Anyway, everytime I turn the computer on I have to keep putting my E-Mail and Password in even though I click save it before I log in. I've tried going to "Tools" then "Options" and then clicking on "Sign in" then un-ticking the "use the same display picture and personal message whenever I sign in". It works, but when I log out and back in it has changed back to what it was before. Many other things don't do this, also "Rename this place" on the same page, I changed it to my name and I'm trying to put it back to what it used to be, though I've forgoten what it was, "Windows Live Messenger" or something, it just keeps going back to my name... I have no idea what I'm doing...

Yes, the resolution of the computer screen can be changed in the settings. Depending on what type of computer you have you should go to the start option and click on the control panel. Once you are in the control panel select display and the display settings.
