If it's in your XBOX, you have to buy xbox live then put in the code on your xbox, and you can play live for mw2.

To play four player campaign you need to either system link two 360s or you can do the coop online (each xbox has to have the game). You cant play four player campaign with just one xbox and one game.

Make firefight your own,being a helljumper in campaign,and jumping to your death in forge. Just put the disc in and start the game, you can play campaign, firefight, forge and custom games. You can not play matchmaking offline as that is multi-player only.

Well it'd depend on what game and if you added live to an original account with a saved game OR if you have a separate account with live.
