BEST ANSWER: IF you entered a wrong PUK code 3 times you disabled you phone and the sim card is no longer valid. You don't have to throw away your phone as previously noted. Yeah you could and upgrade if you want but if you want to keep the phone, do it and look for the punch out card that the phone's sim card came with. On it will have the phone's PUK number on it. Enter it and you phone will no longer be disabled. The other option is to contact customer service or go into a reseller of Tracfones and explain what happened and they would be able to look up your PUK number for you or in some cases the retailer may simply give you a new SIM card, however a cost may be involved, roughly $5.
