Your raditator hose has a slit in it causing it to over heat and it looks like it was once fixed with jbweld but the slit has opened and it is now overheating again what should i do?

If it is a rubber hose you need to replace it. If it is a metal piece connected to a hose, you also need to replace this.

There should be a venting release plug or Allen wrench type plug at the thermostat housing if this wasnt opened when yu added coolant there is a pocket of air that may be in the coolant system and causing your overheating problem , also chk your radiator cap as well if yu havent replaced it it may be bad causing the system to loose pressure
