If anyone poked it (not even that hard) that could be it. Afriend of mine showed my a pressure point on the neck and all i had to do is turn it the other way my body's telling it to go and go to bed that way. If that's not it, it may be serious. Contact your doctor

∙ 15y agoThe most obvious candidate is muscle strain or bruising. Are there any bruises in the area? Did you take a fall, or reach for somethign up high? Carry a heavy load? If so, treat as for any strain. Cold packs, 10 min on, 10 min off.

∙ 15y agoCould be due to posture. Or, could be you are carrying a handbag or shoulderbag on that side. If that's the case, consider a backpack.
