you need to wait for it to heal 4-6 weeks i would chuckanother 2 weeks on there even though ur tongue heals quick its so painful re-piercing really bad. hope this helped
The same as before the piercing. Look you will get a whitish film on your tongue once it's been done but generally a day or two after the piercing, it's nothing to worry about just stay in your ice and you will be fine.
Nope, i've had my tongue pierced, and i didn't have to take my lip piercing out.
yes
Yes you can unfortunately their are veins in the tongue and if the piercing is not done properly it can "nick" one of these veins and you could die.
Not really but you should keep the talking down to a minimum, it irritates the piercing.
no everywhere to get it done you have to be at least 18!
At a piercing parlor. Getting it done by a professional is best.
It's not common for a properly done Rook piercing to reject. Due to this piercing being done in deep cartilage, the piercing should not reject (the cartilage won't let it reject). More often that not the problem is the method used to look after the piercing or the solutions used to heal the piercing (generally too much and not properly rinsed out). I would suggest you seek the expert advice of your local professional body piercer. They would need to see what you have going on with the piercing location. If there is enough tissue that isn't damaged they should be able to repierce the area.
If you are using the correct type of piercing equipment, you should not have to numb your tongue at all. Numbing the area before piercing could affect the healing process, and leave more opportunity to become infected. It is best to get a piercing done professionally, but if you are piercing at home, be sure to use the right sterile needles and tools. There should be little to no pain, making numbing unnecessary.
It is recommended to wait 4-6 weeks before changing a tongue piercing to allow for proper healing. Changing it too soon can cause irritation, infection, or delay the healing process. Make sure to clean the new jewelry and wash your hands thoroughly before changing the piercing.
Yes. But you should keep cleaning it like if you still have it on until it heals. with or without piercing. i just took my nipple piercing out cos it was bleeding i had it done 4 days ago.
No a navel banana bell is not designed nor intended to be used in a tongue piercing. Tongue piercings are done with a straight barbell, the curve in the navel bell will cause trouble with the tongue piercing as well as being too short.
