Ive been told by various websites including toshiba sites to hold down the 0 key while booting and it should take me to the factory reset page but it doesnt work no matter how many times i try it. I dont have any factory reset discs because they dont give you any any more. I have a toshiba satellite a200 windows vistahome basic laptop. Note: i have had the harddrive replaced in my laptop and it says its a Samsung HM160HI - (si) does that have anyhting to do with why its not going to that page for me?
