Go to: Start >Control Panel >Windows Firewall >Change Settings >Exceptions and check the box "Zune Wireless Sync". Then hit "ok".

if you mean switch off your zune, hold the play/pause button until the xcreen goes black. i always lock mine to make sure it doesnt come back on
It works now!! I plugged it in and it works all of a sudden! Even though about an hour after it stopped working i plugged it in and that didn't work, it worked this time, like a day later.
