As in game wise? The game is a sequel of sorts to battle city set in the manga, no 4kids didn't get this one! Eg. Yugi called Yami "other me" like in the manga and Yami calls Yugi "Partner". Aside from that you must play as the main character with Joey and Yugi exploring many different countries to get the millennium items that where stolen away along with the 3 god cards that where turned to stone. Cards wise there is Dark Magician Knight, The card used to summon him and Sage's Stone all of which are crap and have value to a collector not an actual player. If you try the game use cheats as the game is impossibly hard, you earn low amounts of money to buy over priced cards. You will probably end up with your starter deck at the end of the game.
