Then go to mercay island and show the sword blade to the ocean king (Oshus). he should be able to use his powers to give the sword blade a phantom handle for you to attack. 3. then go to the temple of the ocean king and fight at least 12 phantoms. 4. you will see a door ( where you got the northern east sea chart) with an emblem on it. Fight the phantoms guarding the door. After that the door will open and you will fight bellum 3 times.
