Easy Crock Pot Stew- 2 large potatoes, diced with skin on
- 1/2 pound of lean stew beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 large carrots
- 1 tsp. each of cumin and curry and coriander
- 1/2 tsp. of cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
