A quick Google search reveals to me that the product Excedrin is actually a product that contains a combination of drugs: paracetamol, aspirin and caffeine. The aspirin component is an anti-inflammatory drug. However, at the dose that is contained in the Excedrin products (about 250mg), it's unlikely to have any substantial anti-inflammatory effects.

Yes, Excedrin is considered an NSAID (non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug).

It is made up of:

- aspirin - an NSAID

- acetaminophen - an NSAID

- caffeine - a stimulant with mild pain-relieving characteristics that also combats migraine headaches by vasoconstriction

Yes. Excedrin contains Aspirin, which is a mild Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug. As such, you should avoid taking any other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen) while taking Excedrin.
