A quick Google search reveals to me that the product Excedrin is actually a product that contains a combination of drugs: paracetamol, aspirin and caffeine. The aspirin component is an anti-inflammatory drug. However, at the dose that is contained in the Excedrin products (about 250mg), it's unlikely to have any substantial anti-inflammatory effects.
