Do you want to take a trip in a camper but you don't have access to one? You can rent RV campers at dealers instead of buying one. Most dealers that have an overstock of campers will usually be willing to rent the campers. You have to sign an agreement that you will bring the RV back exactly the way you got it. You also need to make sure there is the same amount of gas in it. If there is any damage, then you will be responsible for fixing it or paying to get it fixed. You can rent an RV as often as you want to as long as you pay the fees.
Both are equally responsible. If one doesn't pay the other will be responsible. That is what "co-signing" is all about. The co-signer guarantees the rent will be paid.
Whoever signed the lease is contractually responsible for the rent. If you and the fiance signed, you're both responsible. If only he signed, only he is responsible. If only you signed, you're solely responsible.
Anyone on the lease or that signed the lease is legally responsible for the rent, unless otherwise noted in the lease.
If she is on the lease then she is just as responsible as her deceased husband.
Yes
Without a lease, you dont legally have to pay anything. Who ever is on the lease is responsible for the rent...and is also responsible for dividing the shares of the rent between the roomates. Keep in mind though, that if you dont pay rent then the person on the lease can remove you at any time.
Both. And both will be fully responsible for paying the rent and any damages to the apartment. If the primary tenant fails to pay the co-signer will be held fully responsible for paying.Both. If she signed a lease then she is responsible. However, it may be up to a judge to decide if you don't pay the rent and the landlord sues you if your wife isn't available. Courts don't let people live rent free.
The person that authorized it to be pruned.
This depends on if you are moving out before the lease is up. Most leases have clauses which states that a tenant is responsible for the rent of an apartment for the remainder of the lease period or until the unit is rented to a new tenant, whichever comes first. If you move out of the dwelling where there is no lease, then you are not responsible for the rent.
Generally there is no point in suing a property manager for not collecting rent. It should be noted that the tenant is responsible for paying his rent on time. It is not the responsibility for the landlord to collect the rent. If the landlord does not collect rent and the tenant should send it to the landlord by mail or in person.
This depends on if your husband is on the original lease. If other bills are in your name than the rent you are responsible for those. If the forner is true you can have your name removed.
