Hi yes lip gloss can cause a skin rash you should go to you'r doctors and tell them what u put on, you mite evan be elergic to lip gloss, you can get cream for it on a perscripton, and it should clear up if it dosnt work in 7 days then go back to you'r gp

∙ 10y agoYes. Lip gloss can harm some people by some of the chmicles put into it. Such as glitter and wax. Some people may be aergic to honey or cheap metal. And getting that on your face, or into your mouth may harm you.
