The trim around the cd player and fuel/menu display just clip in. You'll have to remove the trim around the cup holders too which also just clip in. The cd player will not slide out until you remove trim from around the cup holders. It just barely hits but is alot easier to do it. Once you have the trim removed push down on clips on both sides of the player mount and slide the cd player out.

If you look over the top of the magazine closely, you will see where one of the CD holders is stuck out. You have to get something small enough to work into that spot and push it back in. It will eject then. After we got our's out (my wife did it because I got frustrated and she took over while I drank a beer) we pulled out all of the little holders and made sure all the CD's were properly placed, and we worked the holders back and forth a few times to make sure they were sliding freely. We haven't had anymore problems. Hope this helps. If it still won't come out, you'll have to take the CD changer apart. It definitely takes a little work. After both the top and bottom housings are off, there is a geared wheel; turn it and the magazine will pop out.
