Cody, Wyoming is the epitome of the true wild west. Col. William F. ’Buffalo Bill’ Cody was the founder of this town in 1896 and set the flavor of the wild west. Buffalo Bill pioneered the Wild West Shows which is why Cody is known as the rodeo capital of the world.

Cody is the only gateway community in Wyoming with two entrances to Yellowstone National Park as well as the hub for several loop tour drives that access five different Scenic Byways. Cody is a beautiful small town located in the northwestern part of Wyoming. In the summer, there is a lot Cody can offer for family fun. There is fly fishing, river rafting, camping, backpacking. In the winter there is skiing, Snowboarding, snowmobile tours, and ice climbing.

Cody also has fabulous dining with many restaurants that include such offerings as elk or bison. No matter what time of year you visit Cody, Wyoming, you are guaranteed the time of your life!
