- 1 cn Artichoke hearts, drained
- And squeezed dry 1/2 Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu
- 1/4 c Rice Dream (rice milk)
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t Ground coriander
- 1/2 t Ground cumin
- 1/4 t Turmeric
- 1/8 t Salt
- 1/8 t Cayenne pepper
- 1/8 t Hot mustard
- 1/8 t Ground cloves
- 1/8 t Black pepper
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
