A 5 liter box of wine would give you 6.6 bottles of wine. Since a case is 12 bottles, one 5-liter box would not be enough. Buy 2 5-liter boxes of wine and you would have 13.2 bottles of wine....a little more than a case.
if each person was to drink wine on the night of your party, then you would need around 90 bottles.
They sell products called "label lifters" that do the job.
4 standard bottles of wine equals 3 liters. A standard bottle of wine is 750 milliliters; 750 x 4 = 3000 milliliters. There are 1000 milliliters in a liter, so 3000 milliliters equals 3 liters. A magnum bottle of wine is 1.5 liters, so 2 magnums equal 3 liters. A double magnum bottle of wine is 3 liters.
A large box of wine typically contains 3 liters of wine, which is equivalent to approximately 101.4 ounces. This is often marketed as a 3-liter box, which is about four standard 750-milliliter bottles of wine.
Six bottles of wine are a half case.
Wine bottles have labels for a variety of reasons. They tell consumers what type of wine it is (red or white), the name of the wine, where and when the wine was bottled.
A "regular" wine bottle is about 12" (30 cm) tall. Since an "Imperial" is 8 times the volume of a regular bottle (6 liter vs 0.75 liter) it will be about 2x taller - so 60 cm or 24" (2 feet). Of course bottles vary a bit in size - but the volume will be 6 liters.
