I've read that if you take Oxycontin orally, it does not do any damage from your teeth. However, I'm not sure if it's true or not but, but I've read that if you snort it, since it gets into your nasal passages, it can damage your teeth. But so far I've had nothing but pearly whites and I've been using (both orally and, yes, I'm not proud of it, nasally) for about 3 years now. I suppose it depends on the condition of your teeth.
