Kodak sells both digital cameras and still shot cameras. I would recommend checking out Amazon.com and bestbuy.com to look for available models and read some online reviews about the cameras before purchasing one.
Most of the Kodak Easy Share digital cameras have 12 megapixels. However, the megapixels do vary by the model number of the Kodak Easy Share digital camera.
Kodak is just one of those brand names that people know. When they hear this company's name or see its logo, people know that one is talking about cameras and camera accessories. The digital cameras Kodak provides to the public are high-tech, easy to use, and produce some of the sharpest and brightest images around. This is why the Kodak brand is so popular in today's day and age. There are cameras for beginners and there are those for professional photographers. This is the joy of the Kodak brand: They have something for everyone.
It's all a matter of opinion. If you aren't going to look into photography as a job, then Kodak would/could be better. Don't get me wrong, Kodak is a good company, but there are just as good companies (that might be even better for professional photographers). If you think photography will be a serious hobby, then Fujifilm, Nikon or even Canon would be best. (just a piece of advice, Nikon makes horrible point-and-shoots, so if you're looking for one of those, then you'd be definitely better with Fujifilm.I wish you good luck!
You can purchase a Kodak Easy Share at just about any Walmart or K-mart store. If you want someone with a little more expertise on cameras you should probably go to Radio Shack or any local camera store.
No several digital cameras are not waterproof. Just a couple drops of water can ruin some cameras. It isn't wise to put a digital camera in the water.

Digital cameras were simply not available, at any price, in 1972. Research into developing them had only just begun. The first functional prototype of a digital camera was created in 1972. Digital cameras were first commercially available in 1990.
FALSE
When considering a camera trade in for a new digital camera, old analog cameras should not be overlooked as a trade in option. There are many analog cameras that are actually just as valuable, if not more so, than certain digital cameras. In particular, SLR cameras, cameras that have matching lens attachments, and cameras that can accept wide format film or high speed film are all still in use professionally and could be very valuable.
Yes, there are a lot of good pocked sized digital cameras to choose from. Although they are small, many of them are packed with just as many features as regular sized digital cameras. The best compact cameras are the Panasonic F3, Canon SD1400, and the Sony WX5.
