It is on the left side firewall as you face engine as this is where they are on the 98's. It is a Square / Rectangular box with a large plug that comes from the top. It is held on by a single bolt so look for the plug. It is large enough not to be mistaken as anything else. If you find the plug, the Transmission Control Module is what it is connected to.
