Antioxidants help neutralize molecules known as "free radicals" that can damage healthy cells and tissue. Taken in conjunction with L-Carnitine, lipoic acid helps antioxidants regenerate as they protect cells, in addition to being a potent antioxidant in its own right.

Fiber

If you are looking to lose weight, getting more fiber into your diet is very important. A meal with fiber makes your stomach feel full longer and assists in digestion. Good sources are apples, nuts, and beans.
