Everyone has seen fences that are no longer level. Though constructed with the greatest of care, these fences suffered from a simple, but fatal flaw. Their builders used too much concrete to set the posts. When setting wooden fence posts, the expert builder will dig a sufficiently sized hole and plumb and level the post in the hole. Then, and this is the important point, he will fill the hole only halfway with concrete. After the concrete sets, he fills the rest of the hole with soil. The result of this simple trick is less upheaval and settling of your wooden fence posts during the winter months.
You need a post hole digger and cement. YOu have to measure out the area that you are putting the post. YOu can space them apart every 6-8 feet. You dig the hole and have the cement prepared and when the hole is done you put the cement around the post. The cement should come with directions for mix. You should put the post down at least 10" for it to stay in the ground well. I don't think 10 inches will quite do it. A good rule of thumb is half the heaight of the fence but nothing less than 30 inches deep. The diameter of the hole should be at least 4 inches greater in diameter than the post but nothing smaller than 6 inches. Make sure your holes look more like a bell than an ice cream cone because frost in the winter time can actually lift the post out of the ground.
The first thing that must be done when installing an aluminum fence is to make sure that the area is ready for the fence posts. There may be a fence permit required in order to install a fence around the home. The place to find out this information at is the municipalities building code office. They will also let the person know if there are any setback rules, as well. After a person has figured out the rules and permits required to install an aluminum fence, they will need to call their various utility companies and set up a schedule to where a person from each of those companies can come out and mark where any underground wires or pipes may be. Once this is completed, it is time to start the installation process. The first posts that will be put into the ground are the corner and end posts. The stakes that are being driven into the ground must be longer than the fence will end up being. The stakes should be held up in the air, so that they are not touching the ground. Each cross in the string will mark where the corner posts will be installed at. Next, post holes should be dug 6 inches across and 2 feet deep, making sure that the holes do not slope at all. Around one and a half feet of these holes will be filled with concrete, setting the post into the ground afterward. After checking the post for straightness, pack dirt into the rest of the hole. Finally, it is time to install the line posts. String a line from corner to the corner and then take a tape measure and measure out 72 inches diagonally from one of the corner posts. Dig a hole at the spot, which is under the string. Continue to do this 72 in measuring until you come to a new corner. Keep up with the filling of concrete and dirt as was done before. The cement should be left to dry for at least a full day, but it may take two days depending on the weather.
No.
You simply calculate it like a cone, but the height of the cone is the height to the top of the FILLED part, not all the way. Half-filled is not enough information . . . there can be "half filled" meaning half the height of the cone, but can also be "half filled" meaning half the volume of the cone.
The law requires that the best side (the side without all the wooden posts showing) be towards the neighbor. it makes no difference if they are paying half, because the law requires that the owner of the fence follow the law. in other words, the fence is on your land, and therefore, the best side must be towards the neighbor. The law protects not only the neighbor, but future buyers of your neighbor's property.
no sir> you are putting up a fence without details to us so it's your project and dont put it on his property or it will be his fence.
The part of something or the ratio of something, like if a half of a jug is filled, the proportion filled is a half
Caroline can paint half the fence in 3 hours and Lily can paint half the fence in 2 hours, so it will take a total of 5 hours for them to paint the fence while working together.

Sulfur has 4 half-filled orbitals, which are the three 3d orbitals and the 4s orbital. An orbital is considered half-filled when it contains one electron.
If you have animals or children and are looking for a great, inexpensive way to keep them safe and protected while in your yard, you should consider installing an aluminum fence. Aluminum fences are a cheap, fast and easy way to keep the things you want in your yard and the things you do not want out. Aluminum fences come in panels when you purchase them and can be ordered from any Home Improvement store like Home Depot or Lowes. First you need to take an accurate measurement of the area you want to fence. The home improvement store will use your measurements to order the appropriate amount of fencing panels, posts, and fence post caps for your yard. Once the fencing material is delivered you will want to lay out the plan for your fenced area. The best way to mark your borders is to use landscape paint. String can also be used but can be tampered with. Place your post cap onto your post and secure it with a rubber mallet. If you have already marked your post holes you are ready dig them out and begin placing the posts inside. Be sure to use a quick dry cement so you can be sure your posts will stay in place. After you install your gate in the spot you would like it to be, make sure it works the way you want it to. Finally you can install the rest of your panels around the perimeter you have outlined. If you did not purchase fence panels that came pre then you will half to buy a roll of chain link fabric when you buy your posts and post caps. Using chain link fabric rolls do add additional time to your job but will also work for your fence. After you set your posts, you will need to apply the top rail of your fence between the posts and then unroll the chain link fabric. Slide a tension bar into the fabric, lift the fencing up to the fence, and attach the fencing to your posts. Make sure to cut away any excess chain link fabric and adjust all of your tension bars.
