If you mean being held back, then no you won't... you can continue to get D's but make sure they are not low D's ... you will only get left back if you get F's and don't go to summer school.
it depends on wat school you attend but most likely you would read your policy sheets reguarding financial aid it should tell you if your academic progress was poor then they reduce the amount of pell grant you receive therefore you may need to pay back
