- 1 cup noodles, uncooked
- 1 oil, vegetable or canola
- 1 cup ham, cubed
- 1 each cream of chicken, condensed, can
- 1 each corn, whole kernel, 8 oz can, drained
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, green, chopped
Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender (5-6 minutes). Drain and toss with just enough oil to coat (3 tb). Add noodles and remaining ingredients to a greased crockpot and stir to mix. Cover and cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours.
Makes 2 servings or 1 1/2 to 2 quarts.
