Sure, there are diets that can force you to lose a pound a day. But can you sustain them? No. Probably not. The best weight loss is long term weight loss. The way to fit into that bikini in time for summer is to plan ahead. You should start on your summer diet in the fall. That way you don't have to give up as much.
