I travel a lot for business, and I always like to stay in the Holiday Inn Express in Redmond, WA. I have never had a bad experience there. I usually make my reservations online and have never had a problem getting a vacancy, even if I make it at the last minute, which has happened to me a few times. The times I have called, they have been very helpful, too.The room prices are extremely reasonable, probably because the location is off the beaten path. One of the best amenities in the hotel is that they have whirlpool tubs, and these rooms don't even cost anything more than the other rooms. The bathrooms are big and clean, and those tubs are excellent to lie in after a long day of work. The rest of the room is just as clean, and most of the hotel rooms look like they have been recently refurbished. I have yet to have to call the front desk to complain about anything. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and have gone out of their way to make the transaction between us more pleasant. The sheets and comforter are always clean and freshly washed, and that is an awesome thing, as I've had the experience of having dirty bed clothes before! The hotel offers free wi-fi, free cable, a coffee maker and microwave in each room, as well as a small travel sized refrigerator. This particular Holiday Inn Express also offers a very nice continental breakfast. It's more than just some dry cereal or bagels; they have hot meals, like eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles. They also keep it stocked the whole morning. They offer hot coffee, hot tea, a variety of juices, and milk to drink, as well. You can get breakfast seven days a week, and I haven't had a problem with any breakfast meal yet. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area, as it has been a great experience for me so far when I am staying there.
