Making sure your diet is healthy involves making sure you are getting enough sustenance and the right nutrition. A good trick to ensure the latter is to look at the diversity of color and food groups in your diet. Are there plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet? Do they come in a variety of color, especially bright green, such as spinach? Is there meat or a protein substitute? Are you getting enough fiber? As for the former, check with your doctor to see what your minimum caloric intake should be. Do not eat fewer calories than this or your body will not get enough energy.
