How to Make Fuzzy Head Pencils1.Assemble all the needed materials. Materials will include colorful pencils, 3 or 4 inch pieces of assorted colored feather boa or any other fuzzy material, 15-mm squiggly eyes, ½ inch pompoms, and a glue gun.
2.For each pencil, using the glue gun, glue a piece of the boa or fuzzy material to the top part of the pencil.
3.Once the glue dries, add a dab of glue to each eye and place them on the face area of the fuzzy material.
4.Add some glue to the pompom nose and place it right below the eyes.
5.If desired, small pieces of ribbon or material can be glued to the fuzzy material to signify a bow or headband.
