Buying those delicious coffee drinks at various coffee shops can get very expensive! Recreating the same drink at home is very possible, affordable and quite easy!
First, decide whether you prefer espresso or coffee to use as a base. Espresso is stronger and has more bitter flavor than coffee, but it is often what is used at coffee shops. Brew according to package’s directions. Measure out 6 ounces of either one. Second, pour 6 ounces of milk into coffee. Mix with about 1 teaspoon of sugar. More sugar can be added if you prefer a sweeter drink. Lastly, add a flavored syrup of your liking. Caramel, chocolate or mint are some suggestions. About 5 teaspoons should be enough. Top with whipped cream and serve cold! Ice can also be added or blended in the drink for a frozen treat.
